1. What DeoriCare does
DeoriCare connects patients with doctors, labs, licensed pharmacies and home-care providers. Clinical decisions remain with appropriately qualified and registered professionals.
2. Providers and verification
- Providers are selected using service availability, coverage and verification status.
- The performing lab may be named on a report and the medicine seller on its invoice or packaging where required.
- A home-care provider's private residential address is not displayed publicly.
- A doctor's published qualification, registration details, fee and availability are shown before booking.
3. Requests and confirmation
A submitted request receives a reference. A time, provider, stock item or fulfilment method is confirmed only after the relevant checks. Sample collection and reporting times depend on the selected tests.
4. Prices and payments
The final lab or medicine amount can depend on availability, configured charges, brand and quantity. The payable amount is shown before online payment. Pay only through a payment option shown by DeoriCare.
5. Offers and discounts
- Medicine discounts of 5%–50% apply only to eligible items and may depend on brand, stock, quantity and prescription review. The confirmed quote is final.
- The 10% home-care offer applies only when an eligible online booking is confirmed and the discount is shown in its final service quote.
- Lipid Profile, Kidney Function Test and Liver Function Test receive 5% off only in the eligible online-payment flow. A decimal payable amount is rounded up to the next whole rupee.
- Offers cannot be combined unless the booking summary explicitly allows it. Collection, delivery or travel charges are shown separately and are not discounted unless stated.
6. Doctor consultations
- Online consultation is not an emergency service.
- A doctor may recommend in-person examination or testing.
- Diagnosis, treatment and prescribing are the doctor's clinical decisions.
- A consultation is recorded only with explicit consent.
7. Home care
- Home care is not an ambulance or emergency service; call 112 for a life-threatening emergency.
- Attendants, dressers and nurses have different roles and may act only within verified competencies.
- Injections, IV support, catheter and feeding-tube procedures require the stated clinical checks.
- A gender preference is subject to qualified-provider availability.
8. Medicines
Prescription medicines require a valid prescription. Restricted items are not supplied, and a prescribed medicine is not substituted without the required professional approval.
9. Accurate information and support
Provide accurate patient, mobile, location, health and prescription details. Incomplete information may delay a service. Call or WhatsApp 9244046474 for booking, payment, refund, delivery or privacy support.
10. Provider plans
An optional featured plan provides additional visibility only. It does not replace verification, alter clinical quality or buy undisclosed ranking.
