Information we collect
We may collect your name, mobile number, age, location, relevant health details, prescriptions, reports, booking details and payment records.
Why we use it
- To verify identity through mobile OTP.
- To arrange doctor, lab, medicine or home-care services.
- To show prices, payments, bookings and reports.
- To prevent fraud and retain records required by law.
- To improve service quality and resolve complaints.
Who receives it
We share only the necessary information with the relevant doctor, lab, licensed pharmacy, selected home-care provider, payment processor or messaging provider. We do not sell health information.
Addresses and location permission
A full patient address, mobile number or clinical document is not shared with a home-care provider before assignment. Location permission helps confirm a collection or delivery address; you may enter an address or landmark instead. A provider's private residential address is never displayed publicly.
Reports and prescriptions
Reports and prescriptions are kept in private storage and are available only after an authorised session or mobile verification.
Retention and your choices
Booking, billing and clinical records may be retained for legal and operational requirements. You can ask us to correct inaccurate details, stop non-essential messages or review a privacy concern by calling 9244046474. Essential booking, payment and report messages may still be sent to complete a requested service.
Children and family bookings
A parent or guardian should make bookings for a minor. Use a mobile number you can access for verification.
