Doctor consultations
- If the doctor is unavailable or a verified technical problem prevents the consultation, a full refund or a new appointment will be offered.
- After a consultation is completed or a prescription is issued, the consultation charge is not refundable.
- Duplicate payments and verified service problems are reviewed separately.
Lab tests
- A paid booking may be cancelled before sample collection.
- After sample collection or test processing begins, a refund is considered only for a duplicate payment or when the lab cannot perform the confirmed test.
Medicine requests
- Correctly supplied medicines are generally not returnable.
- Report a wrong, damaged, expired or open-seal medicine within 24 hours with the order number and a photo so the issue can be reviewed.
Home care
- A cancellation before the provider accepts the request and starts the visit may qualify for a full refund or a new appointment.
- If the provider does not arrive or no suitable replacement is available, a full refund or another provider will be offered.
- A completed service is not refundable. Unused future service periods are reviewed against attendance and the terms agreed for that request.
- If a clinical review finds a requested procedure unsuitable, that procedure will not be charged.
Processing time
An approved refund is returned through the original payment method. DeoriCare normally starts processing within two business days; the bank may take 5–10 business days to credit the amount. A verified cash refund is completed through the agreed method.
