Medicine request
After receiving a prescription or medicine list, DeoriCare asks an eligible licensed pharmacy to confirm availability. Browsing does not require a PIN, but delivery coverage is checked before confirmation.
Prescription medicines
A clear and valid prescription is required for prescription-only medicines. The doctor, medicine name, strength, quantity and date may be checked before fulfilment.
Price and payment
The MRP, applicable discount, delivery fee and final payable amount are shown after availability is confirmed. An unconfirmed provider request is not eligible for online payment. The advertised 5%–50% medicine range applies only to eligible items; the confirmed quote shows the exact discount for the selected brand and quantity.
Delivery area
Delivery may be available within 5 km. The configured minimum medicine value is ₹500. Orders below ₹1,000 may include a ₹30 delivery fee. Coverage also depends on route, weather and stock.
When receiving medicines
Check the patient name, medicine, strength, quantity, seal, batch, expiry and invoice. If anything is wrong, do not use the item and contact 9244046474.
