- A completed consultation or issued prescription is normally non-refundable, except for duplicate payment or a verified service failure.
Lab tests
- A paid booking can be cancelled before sample collection.
- After collection or processing begins, a refund is limited to duplicate payment or the lab being unable to perform the test.
- If recollection is required, the lab should explain the reason and next step.
Medicines
- An order may be cancelled before dispatch.
- Correctly supplied medicines are normally not returnable for safety reasons.
- Report a wrong, damaged, expired or unsealed item within 24 hours with a photo and order reference.
Home care
- Cancellation before provider acceptance and travel may qualify for a full refund or reschedule.
- A disclosed travel fee may be deducted after a provider begins travelling.
- Provider non-attendance or inability to find an eligible replacement qualifies for a refund or alternative.
- Completed services are non-refundable; unused future service periods are reviewed against attendance and agreed terms.
- No charge is taken for a clinical procedure found unsuitable during the required review.
Refund timing and contact
